ADR Awareness Initiative: International Commercial Arbitration Workshop
The MC Academy for International Legal Studies (“MC Academy”) is pleased to announce the launch of its “ADR Awareness Initiative”. This innovative initiative will be overseen by the MC Academy’s Dispute Settlement of International Disputes Cluster.
The ADR Awareness Initiative consists of interactive training workshops, the aim of which is to raise awareness of the real value and functioning of the multiple alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
The ADR Awareness Initiative will commence with a one-day training workshop on International Commercial Arbitration in the context of ADR generally.
The workshop is specifically designed to address the several roles involved in international commercial disputes and is recommended for users, experts, advisors, counsel, witnesses as well as mediators, conciliators, arbitrators and judges.
The workshop is led and moderated by Mr. Bill McLaughlin who will be assisted by Professor Adnan Amkhan Bayno and Ms. Nia Bagaturiya.

The Workshop fee is EUR 85 for each participant. The fee includes:
